Misting Marijuana Plants

Misting your dope plants can help a lot with the growth and should be done as long as you can do it properly. It can be a little risky misting your weed plants if you make some minor mistakes but when done right it’s very beneficial. Usually people will mist their cannabis plants a lot every morning for about 14 days before they clone their female plants.

Dangers

The main issue with misting would be the chance of damaging your bulb. If you’re growing your dope plants in an area with halide lights you will need to lift the bulbs up high and shut off any fans that are on. While misting your marijuana plants a little splash could hit the bulb and this would make the bulb immediately no longer work.

By misting your weed plants you can rinse out the nitrogen in the plants. This can cause the growth to slow down a little bit but is suggested prior to cloning your plants. The carbohydrate content in the stems will start to be a lot bulkier when you mist regularly and this can cause the lower branches to start rooting quicker. Not all growers mist their weed plants but if you want to benefit even more from doing so it’s a good idea to do so before yo
u clone your mother plants.
